S R Iyer is the former Managing Director of the State Bank of India and the First Executive Chairman of the Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited (CIBIL). He is presently on the Boards of a few Indian companies as an Independent Director and is the Chairman of the Infrastructure Finance Credit Committee of Aditya Birla Finance Ltd.

Soumya is the founder and CEO of Waterfield Advisors, which is the largest multi-family office and wealth advisory firm in India. With over 25 years of experience in private banking and wealth advisory, Soumya commenced her career at ANZ Grindlays Bank, which later became Standard Chartered Bank. She worked for 17 years with the Bank in both India and Singapore, with her last role being the head of the Private Banking division of Standard Chartered in India. In 2011, she established Waterfield Advisors.

As one of the earliest advocates of fee-only investment advisory in India, Soumya founded Waterfield on the principles of an alignment of interests with clients in the wealth advisory space. Today, Waterfield advises on financial assets exceeding $4 billion on behalf of India's leading and some of the most iconic business families. She also provides guidance to these families on non-investment issues such as succession planning, corporate and family governance, business strategy, and philanthropy. Soumya's leadership has contributed to Waterfield's reputation as one of India's largest and most-awarded wealth management firms.

In recognition of her contributions to the wealth management industry and as an entrepreneur, Soumya has received several awards and honours. She was awarded Woman Entrepreneur of the Year (Finance Category) by Financial Express in 2023, listed in Forbes India's Most Powerful Women’s List in 2021, won the Private Banker International's Outstanding Private Banker (Asia Pacific) award in 2021 and served on the global jury of the Euromoney Global Private Banking Awards in 2023.

Soumya is a member of the Advisory Committee of BASL, the regulatory and supervisory body for Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) in India and serves as a Board member of several non-profit organizations in the education and healthcare sectors. She was awarded the Radhakrishnan Scholarship to study at Oxford University, UK, where she earned her Masters in Mathematics, in addition to holding a B.A (Hons) in Mathematics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi.

Sanjay Teli is the Founder and Managing Director of the ESP Group, prior to which he has had a decade long working association with the HDFC group, Sterling group and Eureka Forbes. Career choreography is Sanjay’s core competency for senior level executives and is known for his knowledge and assessment capabilities.

Amit Patni is the promoter shareholder of Patni Computers. He is also the Co-founder of RAAY Investments (a Single Family Office), Chairman at Nirvana Venture Advisors (Digital and Internet Venture Fund), Co-founder and Partner of Elysium Investment Advisors (a hedge fund) and Co-founder and Partner of The Hive-India (Big Data incubator).

Arihant Patni is the promoter shareholder of Patni Computers and the Managing Director of Patni Financial Advisors (a family office for the Patni Computers family). He is the Managing Director of Ideaspring Capital, a early stage fund focusing on enterprise technology, Co-Founder of Nirvana Venture Advisors (Digital and Internet Venture Fund) and Co-Founder of The Hive-India (Big Data Incubator).

Mr. Peter Flavel is the Ex-CEO of Coutts in the UK. He has over 30 years of experience in financial services across Asia, the Americas, the Middle East, and Europe. Prior to joining Coutts, Peter was the CEO of JP Morgan Private Wealth Management for the Asia Pacific and founded Standard Chartered Bank’s Global Private Bank in 2006. Peter is the Vice-Chair of Trustees of the Duke of Edinburgh Commonwealth Study Conference and a member of the Philanthropy Advisory Committee of the Royal Albert Hall. Peter was born in Australia and has degrees in Law and Economics from the University of Adelaide. He has also attended the Advanced Management Programmes at Harvard Business School and the University of Oxford.

Mr. Thomas C. Barry is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Zephyr Management, L.P., an investment management company which he founded in 1994. Prior to founding Zephyr, Tom was President and CEO of Rockefeller & Co., the investment management arm of the Rockefeller family, from 1983 to 1993. Previously, he was employed by T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. from 1969 to 1982. Tom received an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1969 and an undergraduate degree from Yale University in 1966 where he majored in Latin American Studies. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Tom is active in numerous not-for-profit institutions, including Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration (former member of Visiting Committee; Alumni Association Board of Directors), Harvard Kennedy School of Government (Dean’s Council), and Yale University President’s Council on International Affairs.

Mr. Mukund Rajan is the Chairman of ECube Investment Advisors Limited, a first-of-its-kind platform created in 2019 to catalyse Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) changes in Corporate India. Prior to this, Mukund was with the Tata Group for 23 years, where he served as the first Brand Custodian of the Tata Group, Chief Ethics Officer of the Group, Chairman of the Tata Global Sustainability Council, and Member of the Group Executive Council at Tata Sons. Mukund also serves as the Chairperson of the Environment Committee of FICCI. He is an alumnus of IIT Delhi and completed a Masters and Doctorate in International Relations on a Rhodes Scholarship at the University of Oxford.

Ramesh S. Ramakrishnan is the Chairman of Transworld Group and has over 30 years of experience in the shipping and allied industries. He has received multiple awards for his leadership, including "Marine Personality of the Year" in 2011 and "Indian CEO of the Year" in 2012. He has also been recognized by Forbes as one of the "Top Indian Leaders in the Middle East" from 2013-2018.
